AEE Foundation Scholarship - Now Open for Applications

The UKAEE Chapter actively supports the AEE Foundation Scholarship Programme — connecting students across the UK with fully funded scholarships in Energy, Engineering and Sustainability.

About the AEE Foundation Scholarship 2026 programme

The AEE Foundation Scholarship Programme is one of the most prestigious awards available to students pursuing energy-related degrees. Now in its latest cycle, the 2026 programme offers unprecedented opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students at globally recognised institutions.

Administered internationally by the AEE Foundation, the UKAEE Chapter reviews and nominates candidates on behalf of students based in the UK.

Who can apply?

The scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in accredited programmes in:

• Energy Engineering

• Energy Management

• Sustainability

Your programme must be at a globally recognised college or university. Full eligibility criteria are available at www.aeefoundation.org.

Key Dates

• Student Application Deadline: 24 April 2026

• Scholarships Committee Review: 27 April 2026

• Chapter Submission Deadline: 1 May 2026

Up to 6 students may be nominated by the UKAEE Chapter.

The UKAEE process

Apply — Complete the UKAEE pre-screening form before 24 April 2026

Review — The UKAEE committee reviews all applications and selects nominees

Nomination — Selected students are formally submitted to the AEE Foundation by 1 May 2026

Outcome — The AEE Foundation Scholarships Committee makes final award decisions
